What does Price/PKG mean?
This is the total price for all the items in the package. For example, when you see a price of $12.00 for a product that is sold as 12/PKG this means that the package costs $12.00 for all 12 items or $1.00 per item in the package.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Far Rockaway N.Y. Shipping within the United States takes one to five business days, dependent on your location. See our shipping map. If you order before 4pm EST, your order will usually be processed and shipped on the same day. If after 4pm add one additional business day for processing.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend upon the dollar amount of your order. Click for our shipping charges table, for shipments within the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii and international orders please select the appropriate shipping option during checkout. This will allow you to checkout without shipping charges. We will then prepare your order and provide a rate quote based on the size and weight of your order. We cannot charge your credit card or ship your order until you approve our quote and provide your credit card number for the shipping charges.
Do you ship outside the United States?

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. If the billing address associated with the credit card is different that the ship to, you must provide both addresses during checkout.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we accept purchase orders from organizations such as Schools, Medical offices etc. Please fax or mail the purchase order on official stationery with an approved purchase order number. Payment will be due within 30 days.
Do you accept money orders or personal checks?
We accept money orders. Personal checks will result in a delay in shipping your order. When we confirm that the check has cleared we will process your order.
Payment ProcessingWhy does my credit card keep declining?
For your security, we use authorize.net to pre-approve your payment and guard us from seeing and storing your credit card number. To avoid fraud, we have set parameters to decline your card if you do not provide us with the correct billing address and zip code. If your card keeps declining, double check the billing information. There are times when debit cards will decline consistently. Please contact us to check your card information if you continue to have problems.
Why would you need me to provide my card information again?
Occasionally, you may ask us to add to your order or change shipping methods. If additional charges occur, since we cannot see your card information (see above), we will contact you to provide the information so that we can continue to process your order. Please do not send credit card information via email.
Why do you only accept American Express?
We dont. If you only see Amex as a payment option, then you neglected to choose your payment method in the drop down. Go back one screen until you are able to select another method.
I hate web shopping and need to see what I am getting, can I come in and shop?
Absolutely! We are open M-Th from 9:15 to 5:30 and Friday from 9:15 to 4. We are closed on weekends. If you would like to shop at times other than our normal hours, please call for an appointment.
Guarantee Policy and Returns Policy
All our products are fully guaranteed - no questions asked. A full refund for mechandise only, will be issued. Please include order information and return items to us. Please note that due to health regulations candy can not be returned.
